FEATURED EVENT: Karen + Jameson Wedding

Last winter one of my very best friends got married! I was so excited to get to design for her and her soon-to-be husband! Karen had seen invitations that had caught her eye at Michael's that featured a swirl graphic. We played around with several swirl graphics and put it together with her wedding colors in a panel invitation with a coordinating RSVP postcard. Everything was enclosed in a black envelope that featured white address labels that also featured the swirl graphic.

Karen and Jameson had a beautiful winter wedding in Rocklin, California. The venue was beautiful as were the purple, black, and teal details of the wedding but none of them were as beautiful as the bride herself! I was beyond thrilled to get to travel to attend the wedding and to witness how incredibly happy Karen and Jameson were on their big day.

Karen was a bridesmaid in my own wedding and loved the candy buffet that we had set up so she rented the candy buffet containers from me and we ended up s…

FEATURED EVENT: Kaelyn + Trevor Wedding

Kaelyn and Trevor were planning a beautiful wedding that was to take place in Montana on a ranch! I met with Kaelyn and her sister while Kaelyn was in town. We all threw around some ideas and she mentioned that she wanted everything to have a rustic country theme to it. Kaelyn decided on a dark green, tan, and chocolate brown color scheme for the designs. The invitations, response postcards, and table numbers all featured a wheat silhouette. We created postcard save the dates for them that were printed on kraft paper that featured a rope border and custom monogram (we used a brand as inspiration for the monogram - an idea that her and her sister came up with which I thought was unique!).
When I saw Kaelyn's wedding pictures, I couldn't wait to feature them. The wedding details paired with the beauty of Montana made for a beautiful event!
The snow capped mountains and beautiful blue skies looked amazing...I now understand why they call it "Big Sky Country"!

Navy and Pink Paisley {Graduation Card}

This fall my sister-in-law graduated from college! I wanted to create a whimsical card for her. I created a handmade gate card made out of navy metallic paper that was then lined with pink paper. A metallic navy mat complimented the invitation that featured pink and navy text and paisley designs printed on white cardstock. I finished the design off with some navy and pink ribbons, a pink belly band, and enclosed it in a pink envelope. Here are pictures of the final product. So proud of you, Whitney! xoxo
