Bingham Wedding

Although I had some experience with designing before my wedding, the true passion for it came out during my own wedding planning process. I took on the challenge of designing, printing, cutting, matting, and assembling all of the paper elements for my wedding. I loved the final product and the fact that is was completely custom to who Matt and I are and our vision for the wedding. Here are some pictures and scans. Please excuse the bad quality on some of them. I'm in the process of upgrading my camera to an SLR so hopefully pictures will be better in the future. :)

I decided to go with a pocketfold style for our invitations. We went with a chocolate brown pocketfold, Bling paper in Strawberry Daiquiri and Sunset for the matting, ivory cardstock with chocolate brown text along with a "&" accented in pink. We added a belly band to the outside of the invitations made from a scrapbook paper that I had found and placed a double mat of the Bling paper on that along with a silver wax seal to add the final touch. The invitations were sealed in chocolate brown envelopes with silver metallic shipping labels and an orange heart wedding stamp. The invitation included the main invitation along with 3 inserts - accommodations, wedding details (our wedding website address and a list of what was featured on the website), and the response post card.
